Cat giggled, “But, you’re decorating with me so it makes me happy,” she told her with a smile. She finished up her cereal and followed Soph to the sink. “You don’t have to buy presents, being here is the best gift ever,” Cat smiled and hugged her tight. She truly felt this way, the way Soph was always there for her made her the happiest person ever.
“Oh, if makes you feel happy then I will. I just want to make you smile, kitty girl.” I smiled at her as I spoke my true feelings about her and having her here with me. I hugged her back, I loved to hold it. It was a time when I felt “the girl fragile” and she could take care of me. She made me happy. I always feel like that. “What? You really think I won’t give you a Christmas present? Who are you? Of course I will! Don’t say no to me.”
